FEEDBACK

5 Places to Source Great Customer Feedback

Here is an example of what our work sheet looked like when we were giving feedback to each group.

After sharing with the class our preliminary task, we had good and bad feedback. They liked the way we used music and the way we used the green screen and changed it into the comfy and cosy setting. This suited our interview because it was a gentle topic and wasn't supposed to be too heavy, what I mean by this is if we were interviewing someone who is talking about terminal cancer and there struggles with it we would put them in a more simple and lower the key of the lighting slightly because its a sensitive and very hard subject to talk about for some people. So in this situation they said as a class that we did very well. I think pushing on from this and talking about my own interview which I want to include, i am going to be interviewing a businessman in a suit therefore I am going to place him in an office or a work related area so that it corresponds to the topic at hand which is to do with money and business.

It was suggested that maybe we could of lightened the mood slightly as it did almost feel like Katie and Amie( the twins) had both died, which could of been up for interpretation perhaps but I need to factor that in as doing an interview is hard in itself but making sure that it isn't dull and boring is really important and I think that my background, lighting and over music can really set the tone for this, so I intend to research over the next week about music and try and see if I can find something that would be suitable to use for my final coursework to ensure that its interesting.
